No. Wellness Excelerator® Booster Pads are designed to increase the absorbency of disposable adult incontinence products, such as pull-ups, absorbent underwear, and briefs. They are not intended for use with regular underwear or male guards alone. For the best leak protection and performance, use the booster pads inside a compatible absorbent incontinence product.
