RETURN POLICY
Because of health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns on any open packages.
If we have made an error on your order, please let us know within 2 days of receiving the order. We will ship the correct item immediately and pick up the incorrect item at no additional cost to you.
For any disposable product returns, we can only accept UNOPENED PACKS in the original packaging and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any cases returned that are opened will be disposed of and no credit will be issued.
On items priced with free shipping included, there will be a charge of $20.00 per case or $7 per pack to cover what we paid to ship it to you originally.
Return Shipping costs (of sending the item back to us) are also the responsibility of the customer.
Please include a note with your return, it should have your name, order # and reason for the return.
You must contact us before you return any item for instructions and return authorization.
No returns are accepted after 30 days of receipt of the order.
